What Is Infinity Wellness™?

I created the Infinity Wellness™ concept to illustrate the different aspects of Self that are constantly interacting. I thought it was important to break down these separate operations, so that one could literally perform a wellness checklist. Each item on the list contributes to the holistic health of an individual. A disturbance in one tends to unsettle the whole.

Originally, I conceived of 8 aspects (thus I chose "infinity" to represent both boundless potential and also an 8 on its side). However, upon further reflection, I added a 9th aspect that seemed too important to dismiss - Financial. Certainly a lack in this area contributes to a unsettled self.

Dis-ease can occur if there is conflict somewhere within these 9 Aspects. Using the Infinity Wellness framework, honest contemplation and fearless intraspection, one may find the root of one's illness. When one that the self operates as interrelated elements, it is easier to maintance a healthy balance.

The Inifinity Wellness™ course consists of Reiki, dreamwork, journal therapy, discussion, reading, and guided imagery. However, I would like to be able to connect any seeker to the resources they need via this website. Therefore, I will attempt at least provide the next step in the search.

CREATIVITY

Do you want to add more creativity into your life, but don't know where to start? I suggest going back to basics. Remember the thrill you felt when you were a kid and made a popsicle stick house, a clay pot, or made a patchwork pillow in Home Ec? These kind of activities are rewarding in and of themselves, but most adults have become attached to outcomes, and their satisfaction is enhanced by a final product they can be proud of. In that case, I truly recommend buying yourself a craft kit for kids. They are always easy to use and can be of surprisingly high quality. My sister once bought me a Mosaic Mirror kit (I don't remember the manufacturer) and once I experienced how easy it was, and had an end result I could display proudly, I was hooked! Now I'm making mosaics on tables, frame, flower pots, and even my bathroom wall!

I recommend Hearthsong for their quality, selection, and reasonable prices. Have fun! Don't put any pressure on the experience. Creativity is all about expressing yourself and bring what is special about you to light. Don't keep yourself to yourself - share!
